Truffles - Our chocolatier combines 70% single origin Costa Rican organic chocolate with fresh cream, then experiments until he arrives at a rich, complex blend with a long pleasing finish. To that he adds organic raspberries, orange zest, espresso beans and chocolate nibs to create our four distinct flavors. Bonbons - Organic dark chocolate provides a seductive showcase for pistachios, dried cherries and cocoa nibs in our three varieties. All share the purity, richness and complexity that can only be achieved without additives. The boxes are fully lined in silk: the 24-piece box has a removable divider tray.
