This rug is made from recycled plastic, yet based on the reviews, I had the impression that it would still be somewhat nice and appropriate for indoor use. No. It looks and feels exactly like plastic. For this reason, this is not a rug I recommend for use indoors. Also, the rug contains a lot of black, which is not at all what is depicted either online or in the print catalog. I am returning this item.

We have cats, and they have destroyed every other rug we have. They don't bother this one at all which is wonderful. Even if they did, since it can be rinsed off with a hose this would be the perfect rug for anyone with cats. Sure, it's not as beautiful as a fabric rug, but it is so much more durable. It actually looks pretty good. I would get another when I need another rug.

I'm using this rug under my dining room table. I have two kids under 3 years old and we have spills on this rug daily. It has been very easy to clean and it looks awesome in our dining room. I love that it is made from recycled plastic.

I ordered this for my home office but it turned out to be too large so into the den it went. It's a great splash of color in what is otherwise a tan room, and covers some of the tile floor to make it a bit more homey. It does curl a bit at the corners, but nothing major. We just vacuum it at the same time we do the tile floors so it's easy to clean, even with three dogs. We've had a few frayed pieces, but I just clip them with scissors.

I have this rug on my cement patio under a dining table. I love it. It seems durable and the color is brillant. I would assume it won't mold either but haven't gone through a winter with it. The price is fantastic and was more worth the purchase than the two rugs I got from Cost Plus last year which were labeled "outdoor" but quickly molded and faded.
