Our oh-so-cute and whimsical Mouse-Shaped Cheese Knives are the perfect accessory to any cheese board or plate. Each cheese knife is crafted of etched metal with petite grips designed to be easy to fit in the hand, but also small enough to serve with your cheese tray. Comes in a set of two.

Our cheese knives are pure stainless steel. The blackening of the handles is done by heating the ends until they burn - a process known as carburizing. If the knives are washed and left wet carburized metal handles will dry and flake at times. It is best to wash and dry off immediately.
Hand wash only. Hand dry with soft cloth.
