When scores of empty oil drums washed up on Haiti after World War II, enterprising artisans set to work fashioning metal sculptures, both ornate and simply elegant like our beguiling angel. Her stipple textured robe and torso, are rolled into a cone with a rear seam, then hammered from one piece of recycled drum. We're partial to her large fluttery gold wings and her demure demeanor. Where she alights, good things happen. Oil Drum Angels are created by a production team that operates exclusively under Fair Trade practices.
