This pendant light elegantly brings together the rich texture of basket weaving and the modernity of a clean-lined metal pendant and yields a strikingly gorgeous light fixture. India artisans first hand-form the bowl shaped body of the fixture from hammered aluminum. They then hand-etch the exterior, cutting and carefully hammering in the series of lines that form the woven pattern on the lights surface. The result is a sophisticated interpretation of "east meets west", which gives the home a contemporary global style. The light is given a brass plated finish and equipped with a 15' long cord ending in a standard electrical outlet plug. All electrical components are UL certified. Handmade in India.
